TENURE
We have been advised that the licence runs until January 2039 at which point you will be able to apply for annual extensions subject to inspection by the site owners. Pitch fees are currently £6,678 per annum payable half-yearly, include water rates. Pitch fees have been paid until end August 2023. Council rate of approximately £300 per annum. Electricity is metered and gas purchased separately.
NB: The site is closed from January 16 to March 1 annually. The caravan licence permits use as a holiday caravan only and not residential.
