What do we do?
When you are ready to market your property, Oliver Miles Estate Agents Limited in Swanage will arrange a mutually convenient time to inspect your property, and measure and take internal and external photographs. After returning to our offices, we prepare particulars/brochures which, if required, we will send to you to amend/approve. The details are sent off to the property portals and our website, usually after your approval, if applicable, but if time is of the essence, then we can amend them at a later date.
We can arrange an EPC (Energy Efficiency Certificate), if not already in place, through a third party, which is required by law when your property is placed on the open market.
These particulars/brochures will be e-mailed or sent in the post to all potential buyers registered with us and looking for such a property as yours. Our sales team will also contact “hot” buyers by phone.
Your property needs wide exposure and all our properties are advertised on the biggest sites: Rightmove and Onthemarket as well as our website, ensuring your property gets maximum exposure.
We enjoy a high success rate, especially among buyers from out of Swanage and the surrounding villages, who now account for more than half the sales we achieve.
We liaise with you over viewings and accompany prospective buyers. We will then negotiate on your behalf, to achieve the best price.
